- Analyze unstructured raw financial and business data of private companies
- Forecast financials, and the future and present values of tech startups
- Create and position the "story" of companies raising capital
- Evaluate the merits of investing /raising capital in fast-evolving business models
- Take part in investor meetings and deal negotiations
- Handle due diligence
