Job Description
A 2-month summer internship in the General Management domains of :
- Sales & Marketing
- Finance
- Operations
- Human Resources
- Digital
Summer Trainees should demonstrate agility, adaptability, openness to diverse perspectives, a problem-solving mindset, optimism, innovation, and a strong willingness to learn.
The projects given are of live in nature & high impact to the organization.
Eligibility & Requirements
ONLY first-year students enrolled in a two-year flagship MBA programme (Graduation year – 2027) are eligible to apply.
Timeline & Next Steps
There are 3 rounds :
- Round 1 : Application
- Round 2 : Simulation
- Round 3 : Interview
- Application starts on : Friday, 19th September, 2025 at 12:00 pm
- Shortlist 1 for Simulation Round : Tuesday, 23rd September, 2025 at 11:00 am
- Application ends on : Wednesday, 24th September, 2025 at 11:59 pm
- Shortlist 2 for Simulation Round : Thursday, 25th September, 2025 at 12:00 pm
There will be 2 shortlists released for the Simulation Round.
- Simulation Round:
- Phase 1 : Tuesday, 23rd September, 2025, 12:00 noon till Thursday, 25th September, 2025, 8:00 am
- Phase 2 : Thursday, 25th September, 1:00 pm till Saturday, 27th September, 2025, 8:00 am
After the Simulation Round, a limited number of students will qualify for the interview.
- Interview Round :
- The slots will be allotted ONLY to the students who qualify after the simulation round from September 26th, 2025.
