About the Job
Job Description
Globally, RB has been relooking at its employer brand and the messaging that we want to use to convey our brand internally and externally. Last year, we saw the launch of our new EVP, Freedom To Succeed. Much like the essence of freedom, there is no rigid definition to our EVP-we understand that success means different things for different people and we strive to empower them to succeed in agendas they want to drive-this could be a professional milestone or as simple as driving work-life balance for a returning-to-work mum.
Underlying this freedom to succeed is our purpose as an organization. In February this year, we launched a new organizational strategy and along with it, redefined our company purpose, fight and compass. As a result of these, the messaging that we send out to external stakeholders-such as potential recruits, partner universities- is also changing. In order to attract the right kind of talent, it is important for us to effectively convey who we are and what we have to offer.
So far, for India employer branding for the external audience (except Campus) has depended on what the Global team puts in place. We have built a strong brand on our core campuses and leverage on assets such as RB Global Challenge to enhance this. But we are yet to have a strong ATL strategy to reach out to a wider audience through platforms like social media. How we convey our brand to applicants seeking opportunities at RB India is also something that we are trying to put in place.
