Job Description
Apart from Quarantine, there is one more buzzword that emerged in 2020 - Creator Economy. Be it nirvana or crushing boredom, it seems nothing quite gets people’s creative juices flowing like being locked away in their homes for a few months. The creator economy, unlike the real one, has boomed during the pandemic, at a pace that would put even the most nimble startup to shame.
A 2016 social media report stated that “People are watching more & reading less”, to further stress this just last year, YouTube creator David Dobrik’s monthly AdSense checks from the platform were $275,000 for an average of 60 million views. So, it would not be an exaggeration to say that after the Data Science, AI & ML market boom, we will see a replica of the same in the content market. Even at InsideIIM, where content is our heart and soul, we are witnessing this rapid change in the content market.
We want to offer our community the plethora of opportunities that have emerged within the creator economy. For all the content enthusiasts, InsideIIM is pleased to offer an internship opportunity where you can create video sketches with us. The role will not only make you adept at content creation, but will also teach you the brainstorming that goes into figuring out the needs of users, narrowing down a topic, and producing a video on an end to end basis. Further, A stipend of Rs. 20,000 is in store for you as well.
