Job Description
What will you do?
As an Area Lead in the Logistics Team, you will use your managerial and problem-solving skills to effectively drive and scale our on-ground delivery operations and focus on building a world class customer experience»
- Manage, coach, and lead a team of Fleet Operation Leads in your area.
- Analyse data and generate city insights to ensure demand and supply is met.
- Drive strategic initiatives and ideas to scale operations effectively.
- Work closely with our Delivery Partner fleet to understand their needs, seek feedback/ and insights and provide optimal Solution.
- Drive operation Net Promoter Score( NPS) Metric to enhance customer and delivery partner experience.
Eligibility & Requirements
Someone who is
- An ambitious professional with over 5 years of experience in operations
- Analytically strong and uses data to effectively drive operations strategy
- Process-oriented and data-driven with knowledge in industry best practises
- Passionate about people management
- Experienced in conflict management
