Planning your career compass has never been more rewarding! InsideIIM, in association with Reckitt, presents Reckitt Career Compass, the perfect opportunity for newly-introduced B-school students to identify the right launchpad for their career.
Anyone who’s attended B-school can relate to the pressure one feels to make critical career choices very early into the MBA journey. Within a blink of an eye, induction week turns into a frenzied summer placement season and it’s time to take a call: consulting or conglomerate, FMCG or BFSI? While there are plenty of lucrative industries and specializations to pick from, the complexity is no less.
We understand why it’s important for you to take charge of your career compass. And we are here to help! Some of you may have always been fascinated by an FMCG career, while some of you may be wondering whether it’s a good fit for you. Either way, we have the answers to all your questions.

There will be 3 stages in the Reckitt Career Compass program:
- Exclusive workshop for all registered teams
- Launch of a live business challenge during the workshop: all teams to submit their solutions to qualify for the next round
- Shortlisted teams from each campus get to present their solution to the Reckitt leadership team and if you make the cut, you win a fast-track ticket to an internship with Reckitt depending on what profile you choose.
Rules & Guidelines
- You can sign up for Reckitt Career Compass in a team of 3: pick your team leader who will register on behalf of the team
- Fill in your team details on the registration page: make sure you and your team members meet the eligibility criteria
- You will receive a meeting link to attend the Reckitt Career Compass event
Note: Students can only form teams with students within their own B-schools. The team leader will have to submit the details of his/her team members. Once registered, the team members will be able to see the competition on the Kampus App as well. All team members should log in/register with the same email address added by their team leader

Timeline
- Registrations: June 20th, 2025, 08:00 AM - July 10th, 2025, 11:00 PM
- Round 1: Team Submission: July 10th, 2025, 11:00 PM - July 15th, 2025, 11:00 PM
- Round 2: Team Presentation: The schedule for this round will be communicated via your placement committee.
- Round 3: RCC Finale (in 5 sets for 4 tracks): Presentation round to be held virtually. The schedule for this round will also be communicated via your placement committee.
