This year’s competition features a new and critical round—an AI-based employability and leadership assessment designed to measure the competencies that define tomorrow’s leaders.

This competition is designed to bring out the best in you. What were your highs? Your lows? How do you respond to feedback, failure, and pressure? What’s your approach to work, learning, and leadership?
It’s time to reflect on your MBA journey—while preparing meaningfully for the final placements ahead.

Each participant must complete all required fields and provide all requested information truthfully and accurately.
- Only rounds 1 and 2 are mandatory. The remaining 2 rounds are optional. Additional points will be there for those who take part in rounds 3 and 4.

Plagiarism or use of AI-generated content (except in the designated AI idea round) will result in immediate disqualification.

The AI Business Solution Round allows you to ideate using AI tools or no-code platforms, but the rest of the answers must be your own.

All decisions made by the competition jury will be final and binding.

Eligibility Criteria
- All Students who joined B-Schools in 2026 are eligible for the competition.
- One-year MBA students and two-year MBA students are eligible to apply to this competition as well.
