At InsideIIM, we know that an MBA student’s true value to an employer goes beyond grades, PPOs, and degrees. Your decision-making, conflict management, people management, dependability, and strategic thinking are what truly define your employability; everything else is just icing on the cake.
As we celebrate the 11th season of this competition, we seek students with the best profiles on b-school campuses. Whether you have a PPO or not, this is your chance to go beyond conventional metrics. It's time to break out of the mold and shine brighter. We invite you to participate in InsideIIM's 50 Most Employable MBA Graduates Competition, where you can prove your employability to future recruiters and show us what makes you unique. The rules are simple - just be yourself!
Rules & Guidelines
The competition is designed in a fashion that brings out the best in you. What were your highs, what were your lows, what is your attitude towards work, and your problem-solving skills? It's time to discover a little more about yourself. It will also prepare you better for your summer placement interviews.
- Each participant must complete all required fields and provide all requested information accurately.
- Any form of plagiarism or use of AI-generated content will result in immediate disqualification.
- Decisions made by the competition judges are final and binding.
- Participant personal information will be used solely for the competition and will be kept confidential.
ROUND DETAILS:
- Round 1: In this round, you are required to showcase your profile, achievements, and extracurricular activities. The answers in this round will not be made public and are for internal evaluation only. Weightage: 35%
- Round 2: In this round, you will answer questions designed to assess your problem-solving abilities, resilience, ethical decision-making, and overall employability. If you make it to the top 50, the answers in this round will be made public. Weightage: 45%
- Round 3: In this round, you will need to upload a video sharing the journey that led you to your B-School. This will not be made public and will be for internal evaluation. We will check for your presentation and communication skills. Weightage: 20%.

Eligibility Criteria
- All students who will graduate from B-Schools in 2025 are eligible for the competition.
- You're required to register using your campus email address.
Timeline
- Round 1 Submission Deadline: 29th September, 2024
- Round 2 Submission Deadline: 29th September, 2024
- Round 3 Submission Deadline: 29th September, 2024
