About This Competition
REDEFINE, launched in 2017, is Cummins India’s flagship case study competition for business school students, held annually across partnered academic institutes. The competition is designed to intrigue B-school students with a stimulating real-world business problem and invite them to ‘Redefine’ the solution. Students are provided an opportunity to gain insight into the projects and challenges faced by organizations across various functions and industries. It is an excellent platform for B-school students to showcase their strategic, innovative, and analytical abilities; learn more about the Cummins brand; and engage with senior company leaders. The winning team will get a cash prize and will be enrolled for a mentorship program with the Cummins India leadership.

Rules & Guidelines
- Registration of the team would be open from October 14, 2022, and would be closed on October 28, 2022 at 6 PM. No teams would be entertained after the cut off time.
- Participants must register as a 4-member team.
- Members with multiple nominations through different teams will result in disqualification of both the teams.

Eligibility Criteria
Only bonafide first- and second-year students from the following business schools who are enrolled in a two-year flagship PGP/PGDM/PGDBM/MBA programme are eligible to apply to Redefine:

Timeline
- The registration process ends on the October 28, 2022, at 6 pm
- The case study and quiz will be launched virtually on October 21, 2022
- Students will be provided 16 days to work on the case study
- The deadline to submit case study solutions is November 6, 2022, 9:00 pm. Entries received after the deadline will not be considered.
- The results for the first round of presentation will be declared on November 7, 2022
- Round 1, First Presentation, will be held on November 9 and 10, 2022
- The results for the Round 1 presentation will be declared on November 11, 2022 on the website
- Round 2, Grand Finale, will be held at Cummins India Office Campus, Pune on November 22 and 23, 2022
