About This Competition
MOVES 2026 is Axis Bank’s premier campus engagement initiative, crafted to challenge top talent from India’s leading institutions to think like real-world business leaders.
Participants will engage in a time-bound assessment, followed by structured ideation and case-solving rounds, culminating in a high-impact Grand Finale in Mumbai.
More than a competition, MOVES is a leadership journey grounded in Axis Bank's core values - Customer Centricity, Ethics, Transparency, Teamwork, and Ownership. It is designed to identify future leaders by offering exposure to purpose-led banking and challenging participants to create impactful solutions that combines business acumen with a strong sense of responsibility.
Rules & Guidelines
- Team Size: 2 students per team
- Teams must belong to the same campus; cross-campus teams are not allowed.
- Members may be from different academic years, provided they are enrolled in the same specialisation or programme.
- Registration with campus Email ID is mandatory.

- MBA Campuses: Students enrolled in full-time 2-year MBA programmes at the campuses.
- Engineering Campuses: Students enrolled in full-time B.Tech, M.Tech and Dual Degree programmes at the engineering colleges
- UG Campuses: Students enrolled in any full-time undergraduate programme at the campuses.
- Team composition cannot be changed after the registration deadline.
- There is no limit to the number of teams from a campus.

Eligibility Criteria
This competition is open to students in their final and pre-final year across all programmes. Since programme durations differ, this maps to:
- MBA / PGDM (2-year): Both 1st and 2nd year (full-time 2-year programmes only).
- Master's programmes: Pre-final and final year.
- Engineering (B.Tech / M.Tech / Dual Degree): 3rd and 4th year (passing out in 2027 & 2028).
- Undergraduate programmes: 2nd and 3rd year (passing out in 2027 & 2028).

- Round 1: Team Details: June 25th, 2026, 08:00 PM - July 14th, 2026, 11:59 PM
- Round 2: Simulation Assessment: July 11th, 2026, 02:00 PM - July 15th, 2026, 9:00 AM
- Round 3: Short PPT Team Submission: July 17th, 2026, 01:00 PM - July 26th, 2026, 6:00 AM
- Round 4: Detailed PPT Team Submission: August 20th, 2026, 12:30 PM - August 27th, 2026, 5:00 PM
- Round 5: Grand Finale in Mumbai: Additional details will be communicated via your placement committee.
