About This Competition
MOVES 2025 is Axis Bank’s premier campus engagement initiative, crafted to challenge top talent from India’s leading MBA and engineering institutions to think like real-world business leaders.
The 2025 edition, themed “Reimagining What’s Next,” calls on participants to explore Axis Bank’s evolving landscape and conceptualize the next significant opportunity the Bank should pursue. From strategic vision to product innovation, customer experience to digital platforms, and financial inclusion to transformative technologies, the competition encourages students to think holistically, disrupt convention, and develop scalable ideas for India’s future.
Participants will engage in a time-bound assessment, followed by structured ideation and case-solving rounds, culminating in a high-impact Grand Finale in Mumbai.
More than a competition, MOVES is a leadership journey grounded in Axis Bank’s core values - customer centricity, integrity, transparency, collaboration, and accountability. It is designed to identify future leaders, offer insights into purpose-led banking, and foster innovation that integrates business acumen with human values.
Rules & Guidelines
- Teams of 2 students
- Teams must belong to the same campus; cross-campus teams are not allowed.
- Members can be from different years and specializations.
- Registration with campus email-id is mandatory
- Team composition cannot be changed after the registration deadline.
- There’s no limit to the number of teams from a campus.
