    About This Competition

    Asian Paints brings to you 'The Conundrum' , the case study competition specially designed for full-time HR students in B-schools to test their acumen in the field of Human Resources

    Rules & Guidelines

    Competition Structure:

    Case Submissions:-

    • Only registered teams will get access to the case and the presentation needs to be submitted as per timeline given by Asian Paints.


    Grand Finale    :-

     

    • Based on the case submissions, top 8 teams from the campuses will be selected for the National Round.

    • These teams will make a detailed presentation on the case in front of the esteemed jury.

    • Winners and Runners-up will be announced on the same day.

    Rewards & Benefits

    Cash Prizes (2020 Edition):

    - National Winners: INR 1,50,000 + PPI’s to join as Management Trainee as part of LEAP Batch
    - National Runners Up: INR 1,00,000 + PPI’s to join as Management Trainee as part of LEAP Batch

    Eligibility Criteria

     This competition is open to First and Second Year HR Students from flagship courses and the students must register in a team of 3 from the following management institutes:

    • XLRI Jamshedpur

    • TISS Mumbai

    • MDI Gurgaon
