Are You India’s Most Employable MBA Graduate From The Class Of 2024?
We at InsideIIM have recognized that the worth of an MBA student to an employer goes much beyond PORs, grades, PPOs, or simply an MBA degree - what you bring to the table in terms of decision-making, conflict management, people management, dependability, and strategic thinking is what truly determines your employability; the rest is just icing on the cake.
This is the 10th season of this competition and we are looking for students with the best profiles on b-school campuses. PPO or not, here is the chance to move beyond the conventional metrics. Here's the chance to break out of the shell and shine a little more. Get tagged as one of the most employable MBA Graduates for 2024.

We invite you to participate in InsideIIM's 50 Most Employable MBA Graduates Competition, where you get to prove your employability to future recruiters and in the process tell us what makes you different! The rules are simple - just be you!
Rules & Guidelines
The competition is designed in a fashion that brings out the best in you. What were your highs, what were your lows, what is your attitude towards work, and your problem-solving skills? It's time to discover a little more about yourself. It will also prepare you better for your summer placement interviews.
The first part of the competition consists of details related to your profile (past achievements and academic records) and questions that test your attitude, grit, impact, leadership, and, problem-solving skills. The second part will revolve around a simulation!
The evaluation for the competition will be based on the following:
1. Candidate Profile - 20%
2. Round 1 Questionnaire Answers - 40%
3. Simulation - 40%
